Utility Companies Phone Numbers – Tenants who signed the lease, please set up the 3 accounts below now (even months in advance) effective the first day of your lease! (Please note that below companies, names, numbers, and links may change or expire at any time).

1. Electricity – Enova Power 226-896-2200

2. Gas – Enbridge 1-888-774-3111 – (Smell gas? Call 1-866-763-5427))

3. Water/Sewage – City of Waterloo 519-886-1550 – ***To download “Billing Designate” form click here!!!*** – If you will be living in a single detached rental unit/house this form is needed to take over the Water/Sewage bill to your name. If you will be living in a duplexed unit (unit A or B) you do not need to set up a Water/Sewage Bill as we will collect the water/sewage funds directly from the tenant (see the Tenancy Agreement for details).

***Garbage/Recycling (This is very important) – Region of Waterloo – For garbage/recycling schedule click on “Calendar”, type the address and you will get the exact schedule of what is being picked up each week (it is recommended to print it and have it visible to all occupants). Also, you can download an App that can manage the calendar and send reminders, try this out!
